This bulletin from PBI consists of two articles about emblematic cases which have recently appeared before the Inter-American Court of Human Rights. The first article covers the cases of Valentina Rosendo Cantú and Inés Fernández Ortega, two indigenous women raped by members of the army in 2002. Both women live in a situation of grave insecurity and receive accompaniment from PBI. The second articule details the forced disappearance of Rosendo Radilla in 1974 and the serach for justice which his daughter Tita, who is accompanied by PBI, has carried out.
