At the present moment, PBI’s team in Guerrero officially accompanies six human rights organisations. However, PBI also follows the security situation of the following organisations very closely, and has provided support to many of them on occasions.
In the Costa Grande region:
- Network of Organisations and Environmental Groups of Zihuatanejo (Red de Organizaciones y Grupos Ambientalistas de Zihuatanejo, ROGAZ)
- Collective Against Toruture and Impunity (Colectivo Contra la Tortura y la Impunidad, CCTI)
- The Council of Ejidos and Communities Opposed to the La Parota Dam (Consejo de Ejidos y Comunidades Opositores a la presa La Parota, CECOP)
- SOS Bahía
- The Campesino Organisation of the Sierra del Sur (Organización de la Campesina de la Sierra del Sur, OCSS)
In the Costa Chica region:
- The Regional Coordination of Community Authorities (Coordinadora Regional de Autoridades Comunitarias, CRAC) - Community police of the Costa Chica-Montaña
- Radio Ñomndaa
- The Organisation for the Future of the Mixteco People (Organización para el Futuro del Pueblo Mixteco, OFPM)
In the Centro region:
- The Guerrero Network for Civil Society Human Rights Organisations (La Red Guerrerense de Organismos Civiles de Derechos Humanos)
- The “Jose María Morelos y Pavón” Regional Human Rights Centre (Centro Regional de DDHH “Jose María Morelos y Pavón”)
- The Guerrero Institute for Human Rights (Instituto Guerrerense de Derechos Humanos)
- The Madeja
- Community Development Workshop (Taller de Desarrollo Comunitario A.C, Tadeco)
